Cancellation Policy

Booking and Deposits: To secure the booking of the photo booth, a non-refundable deposit of £100 must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total hire cost. Damage Deposit:  2. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to pay the damage deposit within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the event booking. Cancellation Policy:  3. In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable £50 booking deposit will not be returned. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire hire cost, including the damage deposit. Outstanding Balance: 4. The remaining balance of the total hire cost must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to make the full payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking, and any deposits paid will be forfeited. Damage to Equipment: 5. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the photo booth or its accessories during the hire period. The refundable damage deposit will be retained if any damage is incurred, and the client may be liable for additional repair costs if the damage exceeds the deposit amount. Use of Images: 6. The client agrees that the photo booth company may use images taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client. Agreement Acceptance: 7. By paying the booking deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
